Who reviews your data

All information submitted through guicarlos.com — including valuation assessment answers, contact details, and any other form submissions — is reviewed only by Gui Carlos, CFA. No employees, contractors, or third parties have access to your individual responses unless you explicitly request otherwise.

What we will never do

• We will never contact your employees, customers, or competitors
• We will never share your data with any third party without your explicit written permission
• We will never sell your data to brokers, advertisers, or data aggregators
• We will never disclose that you used this tool or expressed interest in any of our services

What we collect and when

Valuation assessment (no contact info submitted): If you complete the valuation assessment but do not submit your contact information, your answers exist only in your browser session. We do not store them. Once you close the page, the data is gone.

Valuation assessment (contact info submitted): If you choose to submit your name and email after viewing your results, we store your contact information and assessment answers in order to follow up on the services you expressed interest in. This data is stored in third-party platforms we use to operate (see "Service providers" below).

General website usage: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, traffic sources). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting, or advertising cookies.

Data transmission security

All data submitted through this website is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). This applies to every form submission, page load, and API call.

Service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate. Each processes data under their own privacy policies and security practices:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery and contact management
• Airtable — data storage and workflow management
• Vercel — website hosting
• Cloudflare — DNS and security
• Google Analytics — anonymized website usage analytics

Data deletion and contact

You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time, or ask questions about this privacy policy, by reaching out through the contact information on our About page. We will remove your information from all systems within 7 business days of a deletion request.
